Craig Buszko (aka "Buz") has been a digital consultant since 1998.  Originally a technology solutions consultant specialising in e-commerce and CRM, over the years Buz has blended his technical knowledge with broader business and corporate strategy.   He has consulted to some of the world's largest businesses affected by e-business trends, working across several industries including retail, media and telecommunications.
